  • Managed the firm’s estate planning, estate administration and elder law department.

  • Prepared and executed documents for estate planning, estate administration, real estate transfers, Surrogate’s Court proceedings, estate taxation, retirement and social security benefits and Medicaid applications.

  • Legal research pertaining to a murder prosecution including accessory liability, admissions and excited utterances. Drafted affidavits in opposition to omnibus motions and in response to discovery motions.
